Youth Parliament and YMCA Victoria take on Birdman Rally at the 2011 Moomba Festival in Melbourne, Australia. Youth Governor Ryan, representing YMCA Victoria and Youth Parliament Victoria was interviewed on Weekend Sunrise, Ten News and told 40000 spectators to get ready for the 2011 Youth Parliament this July, inviting the public to the chambers of Parliament House. Before flying off the edge of the Birdman Barge in his 8 meter flying craft 'The Usher of the Black Rod'. Kieran was elected into the role of Youth Governor of Victoria in front of (then) Premier Brumby last year and currently represents all those aged 16-25 in Victoria. He's planning to take out the major prize of 00 by flying all the way across the Yarra without getting his suit wet.
